  • A Leader of California's #MeToo Movement Has Been Accused of Sexual Misconduct

[quote](SACRAMENTO, Calif.) — California Democratic Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia, the head of the Legislative Women’s Caucus and a leading figure in the state’s anti-sexual harassment movement, is accused of groping a male staffer from another lawmaker’s office, according to a report published Thursday.

The incident occurred in a dugout after a softball game in 2014 and now is being investigated by the Assembly, Politico reported. Daniel Fierro didn’t report it at the time but in January mentioned it to his former boss, Democratic Assemblyman Ian Calderon, who reported it to Assembly leaders.

Fierro, who was 25 at the time, said after the game Garcia stroked his back, squeezed his buttocks and attempted to touch his crotch. He said he was interviewed by an outside law firm hired by the Assembly Rules Committee last Friday. Politico also reported that a lobbyist who declined to be named claimed Garcia made crude sexual comments and tried to grab his crotch at a 2017 fundraiser.[/unquote]

Wow, I wonder if she will be able to dodge responsibility somehow. She was one of the most ardent "meetooers".

She used her position of authority to try to have sex with and grope men. Does being a stumble-down drunk let women off the hook for sexual assault?

Sounds like a snowflake. A man who can't deal with an unwanted come on from a woman is not much of a man.

Snowflakes are now called victims and victim-hood is now a source of power in the U.S., Canada, and Britain. The men who were sexually assaulted by this female congressman have the power to neutralize her or at least part of her message. If this were to be done enough it would counter the popular feminist notion that men are the source of all repression and women are the virtuous victims.

What goes around, comes around. I don't feel bad at all for the Men and Women who endorsed this witch hunt, and now the beast they created is turning around and eating them.
