  • Trivial Everyday Misandry Thread

I thought it would be a good idea to have a place where MRAs could vent about the more minor misandric situations they encounter that aren't worthy of an entire discussion. If you have a short personal story, or perhaps saw something on the Internet or in the media that made you particularly angry, but it's too minor for a thread of its own then post it here. I know that feeling, there have been plenty of times where I've came across something that was really infuriating but not important enough to be posted anywhere.

I'll go first: During the past few days on an Internet site with a similar interface to Facebook, a woman kept spamming the definition of what the difference between a "boy" and a "real man" is. Just recently, she went off her head about how sexist it was that some random person (she just said person, didn't say their gender) used the phrase "when you have children". Talk about double standard hypocrisy. You can either support choice for both genders, or for neither.

Had a breast cancer awareness paper put on my desk today asking to walk but no mention of anything for guys. I crumbled it up and threw it away.

Also woke up to one of my christian stations alarms reporting the news that domestic violence against women is bad and we need to tell men to "man up" which was the literal phrase they used to stop it and asking for money. No mention of women domestic violence.
Behind every failure is a excuse.

      RE: Everyday Misandry Thread

I've seen four advertisements about stopping domestic violence against women (but not against men) in the past few months, besides what I get from MRM sources. One was an introduction story in the news where a woman was handing out the (false) statistics like 1 in 4 women are a victim of domestic violence. Absolutely no mention was made about male victims. A few days later there was a story in the radio at work doing more or less the same thing except this time the person speaking was a man, and again there was no mention of male victims. Another day I glanced at a magazine that was lying around and there was yet another reference to the same thing, and another day I glanced at the same magazine and there was a reference focusing specifically on teen dating violence, and it also mentioned that some schools were forced to teach students about it. I can pretty much garuntee that it's the duluth model they're teaching, and if I find out it isn't then I'll be completely shocked.

I was at a store with a double door entrance. On my way out I opened the door for myself and this woman wanting to get in stands there waiting. She could have easily used the other door or grabbed the door that I had opened. Instead she stood there waiting and EXPECTED me to hold the door for her. I simply let the door close and kept going about my business. It's the simple shit like this that pisses me off!

          RE: Everyday Misandry Thread

Usually when I'm about to go through a door and someone is coming up to the same door, I open it wide then nudge it open to let the other person come through, regardless of their gender, but at this rate I'm careful when I do it for a woman not to make her think I'm doing it because she's a woman, as that would feed on her entitlement complex.

Just watched a debate on TVNZ heartland about "girls can do anything" which was essentially fourty five minutes of "Men are worse than women" "Women are better" "Men are ugly" "Men screwed the world up"

            Gah.
Build a man a fire, and he\'ll be warm for the rest of the night.
Set a man on fire, and he\'ll be warm for the rest of his life.

No surprised there, that's the kind of thing that's deemed acceptable by society when the reverse would cause a shitstorm.

Did they ever come to think that you might have wanted to play a male character because you're male in real life? I guess that common sense answer didn't occur to them.

I played this game the longest journey, I liked the game, had a good story, but near the beginning the girl has this very long conversation with her lesbian lover, for no other point it seems than to brainwash girl players of the game to lesbianism. Had no issue with metroid or Ms Pac man.

I was watching HBO last night, had this movie unstoppable, about a train, and how both the men heroes were bitches, then an HBO commercial comes on showing how to use an ipad to view thier various shows, and at the end a woman hand slaps the mans hand, have to show him who is boss and has the power.

Was at the casino last week, woman asked me to watch her machine while she went and got a service tech, I said I aint your bitch. Woman have repeatedly asked or expected me to do things for them in grocery stores, hold this, help with that, open that door, used to just not do it for them, but now almost always tell them, I aint your bitch. Sometimes this gets other woman or man coming over telling me what an asshole I am, and I say to them, so this is your bitch

I know several females that have confessed to me what suckers men are, they can get free dinners, car rides, gas money, beer money, wine money, movies, shows, trips, cruises, vacations, god the list goes on and on, of what they can get free from even total strangers, the supply of sucker mule men that will give them this life of luxury is almost endless, one girl told me once she had exploited her pool of local guys at work and school, she moved on to random encounters at the grocery store or mall, and then went warp speed 11 on facebook, eharmony, she even had fools in Iraq sending her moneygrams - soldiers, from both sides of the conflict, US and IRAQ men - LOL! Phuggn suckers! Hell I don't blame the women, dumb men are the biggest enemy.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gr_OpFxCx-A What will you do without freedom?

My main character in an online game I play is female, and very very hot. Among the action choices for the character there is 'Club Dance', and basically all she needs is a pole and it would be striptease. I enjoy stripping her down to her underwear and make her do her little dance, when there's a lot of players online, and I'm waiting for a sub-game to start. But most of all I enjoy hearing all the accusations of being a sexist pig from the female players whenever I do it, cause i never forget to mention I'm a guy playing the character.
The more I laugh, the more pissed off they become, and that's how you deal with that shit.

There are a lot of evil women out there that deserve breast cancer.....and hopefully one day they will get what they've got coming to them. As for churchianity and christiradio talking about violence against women, those fucksucks need to have their face beat in. so they're getting smacked around.....big fucking deal. when they start talking about the violence perpetrated against men then we'll have something to discuss. that's why i don't listen to christian radio or go to church anymore. thanks to cunts both of them have gone to hell!

Just newly happened: Got accused of sexual harassment on that site I mentioned in the first place for daring to post a wall post saying "Hey how is everyone?" when I had women on my friends list.

EDIT: Now, I posted a wall post saying "Who wants a surprise gift box?" (it's a feature that you can send to five people a day) and the woman who accused me responded "ME!" you can be sure I ignored her lol :P

In college, they decide to collect money for breast cancer, but no mens causes, because one of the teachers apparently was diagnosed with it. Now if it had just been for that paticular professor I would of, but I knew none of that money was ever going to benefit her, so I didn't put any money in, for the reason that I don't feel most women these days deserve it. One of my male professors also quietly stated that he didn't feel that he should be supporting it.
